Woman in the Church (WIC)
The purpose of the Women in the Church is to help enable every woman to know Christ personally and to be committed to extending His kingdom in her life, home, church, community, and throughout the world. At Grace, we encourage the use and discernment of her spiritual gifts, to provide opportunities for spiritual growth through Bible studies and prayer, and to develop relationships among her other sisters in Christ through fellowship and serving the Lord together. Ruth Circle
Ruth Circle is a Fellowship Activity which is a sub group of the Women in the Church. Formed over 25 years ago, the Circle meets once a month (September - May) on the second Tuesdays at the Church for fellowship, prayer and ministries.
The group's purpose is to encourage and bless the church family through active "helps" such as visiting and ministering to the specific needs among the group. They also pray for and send cards to show their concern for individuals in the church body.
One of their current focuses is giving monthly to the Grace Building Blocks "Scholarship Fund."
Each meeting is dedicated to a time of worship, prayer, and inspirational, Bible related teachings and discussions. These ladies love Jesus! They are also among the best cooks in the church and really enjoy and bless one another. Simply come and join us anytime.
